2. Service Description

Inbox Copilot is an AI-powered email assistant that analyzes and categorizes your Gmail emails, applies priority labels, generates summaries, and provides daily morning briefs with prioritized email content.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Gmail or Google Workspace account
• Provide accurate account information
• Comply with all applicable laws

4. Account Registration

• You must connect your Gmail account via Google OAuth
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
• You may not share your account with others
• One subscription per Gmail account

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Pricing

Subscription pricing is displayed at the time of signup. We may offer promotional pricing, free trials, or different pricing tiers. Current pricing information is available in your account settings and at the time of subscription purchase.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or as otherwise specified at signup
• Pricing may vary based on promotional offers, membership tiers, or subscription plans
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice

5.2 Payment

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method according to your subscription plan
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled

5.3 Refunds

• We offer a money-back guarantee as specified at the time of purchase

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

5.4 Cancellation

• Cancel anytime from your account settings
• No cancellation fees
• Access continues until end of current billing period
• All data permanently deleted within 24 hours of cancellation

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to send spam or malicious content
• Violate any third-party rights
• Circumvent any security features

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

7. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
• We are not responsible for issues caused by Google's Gmail API or third-party services

8. Intellectual Property

• Inbox Copilot and all related content are owned by aiforthebiz.com
• You retain all rights to your email content
• You grant us a limited license to process your emails solely to provide the Service

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of AI categorization or summaries
• That all emails will be correctly prioritized
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• That the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for missed emails, incorrect categorization, or any business losses

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless aiforthebiz.com from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• Required by law

You may terminate by:

• Canceling your subscription
• Disconnecting your Gmail account
• Contacting info@aiforthebiz.com

Upon termination, all your data is permanently deleted within 24 hours.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as applicable by law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Data Safety Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and aiforthebiz.com regarding the Service.
